Amberhawk is a micro company. It processes your personal data for obvious purposes which are either necessary for a commercial contract or likely contract with the data subject (e.g. booking inquiries; communications with delegates about courses; the course booking process itself; related accountancy procedures including debt recovery) and for our own email marketing purposes (with your permission).
We also process personal data if required to do so by law (e.g. retain details to substantiate VAT and corporation tax payments to HMRC). We employ Whitesides Chartered Accountants (Horsforth) to administer Amberhawk’s accounts and to deal with payments for our courses.
We disclose your email address to BCS with respect of BCS’s initial examination administration. All personal data relating to exam procedures and exam results are processed by BCS as a separate controller.
If you have any query about this Notice or wish to exercise any rights under the UK_GDPR, please contact info@amberhawk.com to initiate the process.
