EU/USA PNR Agreement: data protection is weak, proportionality not guaranteed, and obvious safeguards absent.

Did you see the recent press coverage extolling the virtues of latest European Union Agreement with the USA as to how Europe will exchange Passenger Name Records (PNR)?
