Definitions in new DP Bill weaken protection for data subjects
Like many people, I am ploughing through the new Data Protection Bill (“DPBill”) Bill; when I have enough for a blog, I will write one. In this blog, I show that some definitions used in the Bill could have significant negative consequences for data subjects.
